Teri joined the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation in November 2022 to spearhead the launch and management of the new National Bleeding Disorders Venture Fund, LLC, operating under the name Pathway to Cures (P2C). Focused on equity investments in companies developing therapies for inheritable blood diseases, Teri brings over 35 years of experience in commercializing early-stage research results. Previously, she served as the founding managing director of IU Ventures’ Indiana Philanthropic Venture Fund. Her career includes senior executive roles in business development at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and Mount Sinai School of Medicine in NYC, as well as founding chief executive of Cambridge Enterprise Ltd in Cambridge, England, and co-founder of ARCH Development Partners, a Midwest venture fund. Teri's expertise lies in starting, reorganizing, and leading technology transfer programs, and launching new early-stage funds for science-based ventures. She has advised policymakers, universities, and companies, served as President of the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM), and held a fellowship at Christ’s College, Cambridge, England.
