Better You Know (BYK) is a bilingual campaign developed by the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation (NBDF) in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) through a cooperative agreement. The campaign is focused on women and men who may experience symptoms of a bleeding disorder but have not been diagnosed. The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness and knowledge of bleeding disorders and provide resources for people who seek care. The website has a risk assessment tool, helpful educational materials (for both affected individuals and providers), and videos for women to learn whether they are at risk for a bleeding disorder and the next steps to take to seek care.
