Lisa Richardson, MD, is leaving her position as Director of the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities (NCBDDD) Division of Blood Disorders on November 14, 2014. She will return to the Division of Cancer Prevention and Control (DCPC) in the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, where she will serve as Director. Previously she served as DCPC’s Associate Director of Science.
Filling in as acting Division Director is Chris Parker, MD. He currently serves as Deputy Director in the Division of Blood Disorders in the NCBDDD.
