The National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF) is pleased to announce Improving Outcomes for von Willebrand Disease and Other Bleeding Disorders in Non-Hematology Health Care Settings, a new series of webinars designed to better educate healthcare providers who do not work in the field of hematology.
The education offered in this series will be particularly valuable to providers who practice outside the hemophilia treatment center network. Primary care physicians, obstetrician/gynecologists, nurse/nurse practitioners, dentists, oral surgeons and other allied professionals are encouraged to take advantage of these excellent, accredited learning opportunities.
The three-part series represents a collaborative effort between NHF, Impact Education and the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine. The content presented in this program was developed through the hard work of four highly regarded physicians, including Veronica H. Flood, MD, Charletta Ayers, MD, MPH, Robert F. Sidonio, Jr. MD, MSc. and Gloria A. Bachmann, MD.
