Hurricane Irma death toll rose to 30 across 3 states and left almost 6 million people without power in Florida. Irma wreaked havoc in the Keys, left parts of Miami and Naples underwater and brought record flooding to Jacksonville. The total economic damage, which includes uninsured losses, could be between $70-90 billion.
